Visionary & Speaker
Dr. Andrena Phillips is the visionary force behind KeepMovinWithAndrena, TransformU Coaching Institute, and The Whole Woman Experience annual conference. She is a Certified Master Life Strategist, Coach Trainer, Transformational Speaker, Award-Winning Podcaster, and Published Author.
Dr. Andrena Phillips has spent her life helping others unlock their full purpose. With over two decades of professional experience, including 21 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse, she brings a unique blend of compassion, leadership, and strategy to every assignment God places in her hands.
Through KeepMovinWithAndrena, her personal and professional development consulting firm, she empowers and educates individuals and organizations through transformational coaching, leadership development, mindset renewal, and confidence building. This platform was built to remind people that growth is not optional, it’s essential. By combining practical strategies with the EMT method, she equips clients to break barriers, silence doubt, and step unapologetically into their assignments.
She has also built a global platform that empowers women, leaders, and organizations to thrive. Through the TransformU Coaching Institute, she certifies coaches to lead with excellence and launch their own coaching businesses. With The Whole Woman Experience conference, she creates sacred spaces for women to gather, heal, and be transformed in mind, body, and spirit.
What makes her a legend is not just what she has accomplished, but who she is. She embodies strength anchored in faith, wisdom born of experience, and courage that refuses to quit. She believes in building legacies not just for herself but for generations to come. Every stage she steps on, every book she releases, and every life she touches carries the imprint of her assignment: to remind people that their purpose is greater than their struggle, and their story is still being written.
Today, Dr. Andrena continues to walk boldly in her calling as a light, a builder, and a trailblazer. She stands as living proof that no setback is final when faith, resilience, and obedience lead the way. She is not only fulfilling her own assignments but also paving the way for others to rise and embrace theirs.

Dr. Mariah Prince-Allen, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified nurse practitioner, TEDx speaker, corporate wellness consultant, and founder of Telehealth for HER, a boutique virtual wellness practice redefining what it means for modern women to feel seen, heard, and truly cared for. She is a proud alumna of the University of Florida and a graduate of Duke University’s Doctor of Nursing Practice program.
Born and raised in Lake Worth, Florida, Mariah’s success is rooted in the values instilled by her parents, Marvin and Betty Prince. Everything she is today, her drive, her compassion, her resilience she attributes to them.
After years working within the traditional healthcare system, Mariah witnessed how often women were dismissed, gaslit, or overlooked when they voiced concerns. Determined to change that narrative, she launched Telehealth for HER to provide personalized, concierge-level care guided by her proprietary five pillar framework focused on hormone optimization, metabolic health, gut restoration, brain wellness, and radiant longevity. Her approach doesn’t just treat symptoms, it helps women restore their identity, rebuild self-trust, and reclaim their vitality. Her mission runs far deeper: to redefine care for the forgotten woman the one who shows up for everyone else but has been forced to settle for “fine” in her own health.
Mariah is also the founder of Balance in the C-Suite, a collaborative platform and community designed for executive and entrepreneurial women. As a corporate consultant, she partners with organizations to build hormone-intelligent work cultures that improve retention, reduce burnout, and elevate the wellbeing of midlife women in the workplace. Known for her warm presence and fierce advocacy, Mariah is a sought-after speaker on women’s health and hormones. Her TEDx talk, “The Menopause Conversation No One is Having: The Hidden Impact on Society,” unearths the cultural and medical neglect surrounding perimenopause and calls for a paradigm shift in how we care for women in midlife.
Beyond the white coat, Mariah is a wife to Sedrick Allen, a published author in peer-reviewed journals, and a clinical associate at Duke University School of Nursing. She’s also a proud member of the National Council of Negro Women, the Junior League, and the KNOW Women network of influential entrepreneurs and executives.
A girls’ girl at heart, Mariah never misses an opportunity for brunch with friends, indulging in retail therapy, or catching up on her favorite TV shows like Married to Medicine and The Real Housewives.
At the core of everything she does is a mission to uplift, advocate for, and transform the lives of women who’ve been told to settle for “fine.” As Mariah says: “Every woman holds the power to redefine her health, strength, and future. Step boldly into the life you deserve unapologetically.”

Kay Baker grew up on a small horse farm in Baldwin, Maryland, where hard work and a deep appreciation for the outdoors were part of everyday life. Those early lessons built the resilience and determination that would carry her through some of life’s toughest seasons.
Just weeks after her 23rd birthday, Kay’s world was shaken when her father passed away suddenly from what is believed to have been a heart attack while running on a local high school track. The loss sent her into a downward spiral of unhealthy living, heavy drinking, poor eating habits, and a lifestyle far from the active upbringing she once knew.
Years later, a visit to a small local gym became a turning point. Arriving early for a class, Kay stepped onto the scale and saw the number climb to 250 pounds. The shock and disappointment drove her to leave in tears, and it would be years before she returned to a gym. In her early 30s, Kay reclaimed her health. She rediscovered her love for running, played tennis, got married, became a mother, and began competing in road races again.
In 2010, she stepped into coaching, leading Cross Country and Varsity Men’s Tennis teams. At 49, she took a leap of faith and opened Love Life Fitness Studio, determined to share her story and inspire other women who had struggled. By 52, she retired from corporate America. At 55, she expanded her business, signed her first commercial lease, and launched an online training program to reach women beyond her local community.
Love Life Fitness Studio has since been awarded Best of South Carolina for Health Clubs & Personal Training Studios 2025 and is now in its 7th year of empowering women to live healthier, stronger, and more confident lives.
For Kay, Love Life Fitness Studio isn’t just a business, it’s the product of her life’s journey, proof that pain can be turned into purpose, and a living example that it’s never too late to transform your life.
