With over 10 years in business and in the coaching field, she has been recognized as one of the top coaches in the industry, helping thousands of individuals and organizations break barriers, build confidence, and lead with impact.
Her journey is rooted in purpose. As a 21-year Licensed Practical Nurse, Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Doctorate, Dr. Phillips has always been committed to service, transformation, and empowering others to walk in their calling.
She is a Certified Master Life Strategist, Transformational Speaker, Award-Winning Podcaster, and Published Author—known for igniting change and building leaders from the inside out.
